TadiZo ("we", "us") provides a parcel forwarding and assisted-payment service for Zimbabwean customers buying from Temu South Africa. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account details: full name, email address, phone number, delivery address in Zimbabwe.
- Suite number assigned to you for parcel routing.
- Order details: Temu cart screenshots, items, prices, payment proofs.
- Parcel data: tracking numbers, weights, dimensions, photos taken at our warehouse.
- Payment data: EcoCash references, bank transfer proofs, wallet balances.
- Device data: browser, IP address, push notification tokens (if you opt in).
How we use it
- Place and track your Temu orders.
- Receive, sort, and ship your parcels from Johannesburg to Zimbabwe.
- Send transactional emails and push notifications about your account.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We share data only with our payment, shipping and infrastructure providers, and where required by law. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@tadizo.com or visiting Delete account.
