Online Shopping Safety Tips for Zimbabwean Shoppers
Buying online is safe when the store is transparent about who it is, what it sells and how it handles your money. Use this checklist on any store, including TadiZo.
Check the store is identifiable
A legitimate store publishes its policies and a way to reach a real person.
- Named business with contact details and a support channel
- Published delivery, returns and privacy policies
- Clear pricing and availability on every product page
Protect your payment details
Only pay through the store's checkout on an HTTPS page. Never send card details over chat or email, and never pay a 'seller' outside the platform's own checkout.
Keep your order records
Save your order number and confirmation. On TadiZo these are stored in your account under Orders, together with the full order timeline.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I know my TadiZo payment is secure?
- Payments are processed by PayFast over an encrypted connection; TadiZo does not store your card details.
