How Online Order Tracking Works
Order tracking is simply a record of every status change on your order. Here is what each stage means on TadiZo.
The order stages
Each stage is timestamped on your order timeline.
- Pending payment — the order exists but payment has not been confirmed
- Paid — payment confirmed and the order enters processing
- Processing — items are being prepared for dispatch
- Dispatched — the parcel has left for delivery or depot
- Ready for collection — available at the Harare depot
- Delivered / collected — the order is complete
Where to track
Use the Track order page with your order number, or open Orders in your TadiZo account for the full timeline and any documents.
