Terms & Conditions Last updated: August 2026 1. About these terms These terms govern your use of TadiZo (tadizo.com), an online store operated from Harare, Zimbabwe. By browsing our site or placing an order you agree to these terms. 2. Your account You must give accurate details when you register or check out. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. 3. Products, pricing and availability We work hard to describe and price every item accurately. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before an order is confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or is out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a hold, or a full refund. 4. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and payment clears. We may decline an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where delivery is not practical. 5. Payment Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. TadiZo never stores your full card details. Orders are only released for fulfilment once payment is confirmed. 6. Delivery and collection Delivery timelines are estimates. Orders may be collected from our Harare depot or delivered to the address you provide. See our Shipping Policy for details. 7. Acceptable use You may not use the site to break the law, scrape or copy our content for commercial use, interfere with the site's operation, or post abusive, false or infringing content in reviews. 9. Reviews and content you submit By posting a review or image you grant TadiZo a non-exclusive right to display it on our site and marketing channels. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product. 10. Intellectual property All site content, branding and layout belong to TadiZo or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. 11. Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Zimbabwean law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts. 13.
